This gorgeous summer wedding found me back at Morgan’s on Fulton for the second time this year! It was such a blast getting to paint a new piece with a completely different vibe at the same place as a wedding just over a month before. It was such a great demonstration of how versatile so many Chicago venues are!

Sierra and Jake’s wedding was like a fairytale! Designed by Simply Elegant, their vibes were light, airy, and colorful, with an absolutely show-stopping floral arch by Thistle and Plume.

Sierra and Jake wanted me to emphasize the bright, floral vibes of their wedding day in my painting, preferring to showcase the floral arch and gorgeous table-scapes over the city views of their venue.

I like to think this piece nicely captures the industrial setting of the venue while focusing on the artistic details that their wedding vendors added to the space. And how about that dress?!
