Yoga in Gross Park

Join Jaime from The Jaime Elaine Creative in an evening of Vinyasa Flow under the evening sky!

Class will be mixed-level with variations given for different poses so yogis can choose their level of difficulty.

Jaime’s dance background makes her pose transitions deliberate and and elastic. She loves to make the flow connect each move together almost like a dance and find different ways to move between asanas. She is 200 hr yoga certified and loves connecting breath, movement, meditation, and nature.
